Attorney Chmura received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal. During law school, he developed a strong background in criminal and civil litigation through internships with the Boston-based personal injury firm Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow, P.C., and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.
